Our story

Welcome to the Cape Cod Women’s Music Festival (CCWMF), founded in 2012 by musician Sarah Swain as a heartfelt tribute to her mother, who bravely battled ovarian cancer, and as a celebration of women in music. CCWMF highlights women creators with a diverse lineup of talented artists, all while supporting a meaningful cause. 

100% festival proceeds support 501c(3) Cape Wellness Collaborative, a non-profit founded by Sarah in 2014, which grew from CCWMF! Cape Wellness Collaborative provides helpful integrative therapies and healthy meals to those facing cancer on the Cape & Islands.

Join us at the stunning Payomet Performing Arts Center, where our event sells out every year, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
